Welcome to Utahcon.com, thanks for coming and seeing what I am all about. My name is Adam Barrett, and I am a programmer, gamer and part time blogger. I have been known write book reviews, game reviews, site reviews, app reviews and more. I am just your run of the mill programmer with the thirst to make a small dent in the internet.
we are looking to use twilio to build a pretty basic inbound call system for roughly 5-6 agents concurrently using the system. basic phone queue, ability to create agents and assign departments. track and report calls per agent, etc. i have a larger spec if you are available to help us out. please contact me at your convenience. cheers. greg bessoni
